This is the writing of the maþla (mathla) language I created. It is spoken by gods and contains magic.
The phonetics and lexems are based on a mixture of Proto-Germanic, Old Norse and my fantasy. It has 26 vowels and doesn't have any b, d or g sounds.
A script used by the Old Fyromrese or Lesser Oinai (human-like) people of Planet Fyromr in my own stories and games. The runes depict looms, which were made by splitting two sticks, one to make the internal frame and one to make the hexagon shape. These runes were typically carved into wood.
The earliest Fyromrese writing was done using cord wrapped around pegs on these looms, and so this script attempts to mimic the path of the cord. The later Fyromrese (Tangled Script) took things further, making it possible to encode entire words within a single loom-shape while also making individual words and letters far more readable. But that script requires multiple colors to render legibly so it probably won't be possible to Fontstruct it.
Notating Fyromrese numbers using a Fontstructed font is similarly unlikely, as the logic of their enumeration would require hundreds of glyphs.
This script attempts to match loom-shapes to phonemes as they are spoken in American English.
Recreation of the runic pixel font from Origin Systems' "Ultima V: Warriors of Destiny" (1988).
Ultima's runic alphabet contains a character for each A-Z letter of the latin alphabet. In addition, it has compound characters for specific letter pairings which, unfortunately, cannot be set up in a TrueType font (you'd need OpenType for these custom ligatures, I assume). As these characters (with one exception) lack an appropriate unicode point, they have been added here as follows (to unicode characters that at least visually appear close enough): "ee" 'currency sign' (U+00A4), "th" 'capital thorn' (U+00DE), "st" 'bowtie' (U+22C8), "ng" 'tifinagh letter yag' (U+2D33), "ea" 'vai syllable ta' (U+A55A).
As in the game, "space" between words uses a middle dot, and the full stop/period uses a symbol resembling a staff of aesculapius.
Only the characters present in the game's runic character set have been included.
I designed this font based on the word 'Thunderous'. My thinking in how the word relates is due to the Norse God Thor. I then started to look in to old Norse culture, this got me interested in runes. So with deeper research in to the Futharks spawned this type.
A single line is bent on itself to trace letterforms in 5x5.
This is part of my "IVO" series (Inline Versus Outline) wherein inline and outline elements are split, merged, and altered to make them ambiguous and to allow new styles to emerge. They may look like maze fonts, but they have a different design methodology altogether.
A highly exclusive language used by people on Bysonce Island, Planet Ashr in my video game Endless Sea of Stars. This one is used for private documents and old government records, and its brother language Eudastiphos Hand is used for public court documents.
*
Calystiphos Hand is much simpler than its brother language, despite looking much more complicated. Each glyph refers to highly specific concepts and so it is most used to record time-tested, factual information rather than stories or fiction. However, these glyphs can still be considered as runes, as each one is host to whole mysteriums of information and idiomatic knowledge which have been associated with it.
Bysoncians use a base-8 system of numeracy. 9 would thus be written as 81, 10 as 82, etc. There is no numeral 9.
*
Calystiphos is the Ashrian god of siroccos. The simplest way to put it is to say that he represents the "yin" of the pantheon.

RUNE GUIDE
Runes are used phonetically, so most of the time you should shorten double-letters to single-letters ("Hello" would become "helo"). All the appropriate runes are bound to the appropriate keys, so you can type freely without worrying about which rune you're using. However, a few runes which represent diphthongs which are unused in Modern English are bound to the SHIFT-number row. They are as follows: !-th, @-eo, #-ng, $-ɶ, %-æ, ^-ia/io, &-ea, *-kk. (-st. Additionally, in Old English, there are two types of "g"s, a soft "g" (which is bound to the "g" key), as in "sage", and a hard "g" (which is bound to the ")" key), as in "saga".
Keys 1-7 also include the different Roman numerals (I, V, X, L, C, D, M), which can be combined to make up a number (from what I can tell, the Anglo-Saxons probably used Roman numerals or tally marks - most likely the former).
This is a font inspired by pixelart and the nordic rune alphabet. Caps give you runes and the small letters describe what letter the rune is
Use it as you like, would be awesome if you credited me but you don´t have to. Free stuff for the people :D
Covering the Unicode "Runic" letter set (from U+16a0 to U+16f0), except for the subsets "Tolkienian extensions" and "Cryptogrammic letters". Including Scandinavian runic numerals (number keys, U+0030 to U+0039). Additional runic punctuation marks, alternative glyphs, and private-use characters have been ascribed to free slots in "Latin Extended-D" (U+a7d0 to U+a7de), such as the magical ligature rune Alu or frequent (or, frankly, more aesthetic) alloglyphs for e.g. Kauna, Jeran, Sigel, Ehwaz, Mannaz, Ingwaz, Dagaz/Dæg, Stan, and others. +++ This font has been designed to meet the highest standards of runic aesthetics, glyph regularity and harmony, as well as scientific usefulness. As a specific advantage over other available non-FontStruct runic fonts, this font will always be equal in height to letters of other popular fonts at the same point size (Times New Roman, Linux Libertine), so as not to cause trouble with line height e.g. when writing a scientific paper.
This is a cloneThis font was made to resemble the Mara glyphs seen in the queue of Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye at Disneyland, CA.
It looks like a different language, but each glyph very loosely resembles a letter in the Roman alphabet, allowing the text in the queue to be "translated."
Runes for Family Use: User Manual
Font-size: 10
This font should be used with either caps lock or all lowercase, the former with serifs and the latter more realistic. As there is no runic "Z", typing one will instead provide stan, for "St". The numbers 0 - 9 provide other runes, listed below:
0: þorn "þ" "th"
1: eihwaz " ï "
2: yngvi "ŋ" "ng"
3: gyfu "/x/" "ch"
4: ear "ea"
5: kealk "kk" "ck"
6: ger "j"
7: os "o"
8: ac "a"
9: haglaz "h"
Just use shift on numbers for the caps lock version of those.
